Difficulty in collecting fault data of varying severity levels

• It is not easy to obtain various fault severity data

• In the actual field, there is a high probability that data with unseen severity will be obtained
  → the DL model may not predict the severity well (especially in the extrapolation area)

Utilization of simulated signals

• Simulated unseen severity signals can give information to the DL models

• However, the signals obtained with simulation has low fidelity than the acuiqred real signal.
  →  Need structure that can effectively utilize low-fidelity signal.
